Shipping Information

Every Uncle Mooty tee is printed when you order it, then sent straight to you by our print partner. Here's how that works.

How long will it take?

Printing and packing usually takes 2–7 business days. After that, delivery time depends on where you are and the courier. Busy periods (hello, December) can add a few days, so order early if it's a gift.

Where do you ship?

We're set up for New Zealand and Australia, and can ship to most other countries too. If we can't reach your address, you'll find out at checkout before you pay.

What does it cost?

Shipping is worked out at checkout based on where it's going and what's in your cart. You'll see the exact cost before you pay. No surprises.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number (where the courier provides one) so you can keep an eye on it.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped across borders may attract customs duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient and aren't something we can control.

Wrong address or parcel not collected?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it wasn't collected, we'll get in touch to arrange reshipping or a refund. Any extra shipping costs will be deducted.
