Returning your Tee

Thank you for shopping at Uncle Mooty, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product, and we are here to assist you. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures for returning items purchased from Uncle Mooty.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    a. We accept returns for t-shirts purchased directly from Uncle Mooty's Shopify store.
    b. To be eligible for a return, the t-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    c. Customized or personalized t-shirts are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  2. Initiating a Return:
    a. If you wish to return a t-shirt, please contact our customer support within [number of days] days from the date of delivery.

    c. Please include the following details in your return request:

    • Reason for the return

    b. Do not ship the t-shirt back to us without obtaining a valid RA number.

    b. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Refunds and Exchanges:
    a. Once your returned t-shirt is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
    b. If approved:
